Brand New construction! New luxurious private apartment with new: TV and electric fireplace, kitchen, private bathroom, appliances, queen size bed, and a huge closet for your clothes. It's a sunny apartment with 2 big windows. You control Air conditioning / Heating. It has a queen size bed and a sofa bed-- sleeps 4 in total. It has a full kitchen with a center island counter and all the necessary toiletries for a comfortable stay. Plus lots of snacks and a complementary bottle of wine!
PARKING: you can access our garage through the main entrance (keys are in the lock box if self-check-in), press the button inside the garage to open/close it. Please, park all the way in. Thank you!
APARTMENT: on the 2nd fl. (take the stairs from the main entrance to the 2nd fl.)

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 20 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 20 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
